What you will do

• Build and scale the hirify.global+ subscription service for millions of users across multiple countries.
• Implement AI-first engineering practices and agentic coding as a core discipline.
• Design workflows where AI agents handle entire task loops from specification to PR.
• Collaborate with DoorDash and Deliveroo to align subscription experiences across platforms.
• Own features end-to-end, from initial idea through to production and maintenance.
• Build internal tooling and abstractions to optimize AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals with experience shipping software that runs at scale.
• Deep understanding of testing, observability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI-first development and daily use of AI tools.
• Experience experimenting with AI agents and agentic coding workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines and time zones.
• Must be based in the Helsinki tech hub
