What you will do

• Manage the complete implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live.
• Analyze client workflows to recommend and configure scalable SaaS solutions.
• Execute data migration projects and coordinate system integrations via APIs.
• Develop SOPs, training guides, and configuration manuals for client enablement.
• Maintain project trackers and communicate progress to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct implementation testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or software deployment.
• Strong proficiency in English communication.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
• Technical understanding of APIs, data migration, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, or ERP/CRM systems.
• Background in customer success or technical consulting.
