What you will do

• Own product outcomes by identifying and driving the most impactful features each sprint.
• Build and integrate AI-driven tools including OCR, document understanding, and agent loops.
• Ship rapid prototypes and evolve them into production-grade features.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand workflows and resolve real-world pain points.
• Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, refactoring, and observability.
• Propose and adopt new engineering standards and internal tools to push the team forward.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building production systems.
• Proven experience shipping substantive AI-driven features or agents.
• Strong fundamentals in OO design, testing, web security, and performance.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be comfortable working in a high-agency environment without detailed specs.
