What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and enterprise integrations.
• Design and optimize DynamoDB schemas, indexes, and data access patterns for scalability.
• Develop and maintain Python-based AWS Lambda functions for business logic and automation.
• Modify and enhance Amazon Connect contact flows and routing logic.
• Implement event-driven architectures using AWS services like EventBridge, SQS, SNS, and API Gateway.
• Collaborate with Amazon Professional Services on implementation and enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS.
• 4+ years of experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows, routing, and queues.
• Strong proficiency in Python and development of AWS Lambda functions.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
• Deep knowledge of DynamoDB schema design and performance optimization.
• Ability to work effectively across global engineering and business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Ability to convert AWS CDK or CloudFormation templates into Terraform.
• Experience with IBM ODM.
