• Drive the long-term technical strategy and evolution of the Document Domain, balancing scalability and reliability.
• Champion AI-driven development workflows to improve engineering productivity and quality.
• Lead cross-team initiatives to deliver best-in-class document capabilities and align architecture across the track.
• Mentor engineers within the company to ensure their technical growth.
• Identify domain challenges and create strategic execution plans for a one-year horizon.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional development experience with Python.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL), migrations, and optimization.
• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka) and event-driven systems.
• Proficiency in DDD fundamentals and asynchronous programming (AsyncIO).
• Fluency with AI workflows for development to leverage personal and team productivity.
• English: B2+ proficiency for clear technical communication across engineering teams.
