What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for game titles and supporting systems aligned with the roadmap.
• Fine-tune game feel, difficulty, pacing, and session design to improve player experience.
• Track and optimize core business metrics including retention, session patterns, ARPDAU, conversion, and LTV.
• Drive LiveOps initiatives across events, missions, offers, progression, and dual-currency economy systems.
• Collaborate with game designers, content creators, and engineering teams from concept to live.
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable tasks while maintaining a well-prioritized backlog.

Requirements

• Proven product owner or product management experience in mobile games.
• At least one shipped mobile game title.
• Deep understanding of mobile game metrics and levers for retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Hands-on experience with LiveOps and game economies (events, progression, virtual currencies).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be based in Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia, or Poland.
