What you will do

• Lead and inspire outlet managers and supervisors across all F&B venues to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate closely with the Head Chef to align service and kitchen teams.
• Maintain top-tier service standards and drive improvements based on guest feedback.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, and P&L performance to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaborate on innovative menus and beverage programs aligned with market trends.
• Develop revenue-boosting promotions and activations in partnership with marketing.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading multi-outlet F&B operations in high-volume settings.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant, bar, and event teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership.
• Fluent in English and French.
• High emotional intelligence and resilience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience using digital tools to streamline operations.
