TL;DR

What you will do
- Deliver new features and technical refinements for the US Unsecured Loans product.
- Build new user journeys and optimize conversion rates in existing funnels.
- Maintain, refactor, and improve the codebase and tooling.
- Collaborate with product owners and senior engineers to translate design wireframes into technical implementations.
- Advocate for prioritizing code improvements and managing technical debt alongside feature work.
Requirements
- Must reside in Europe or the UK.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Commercial experience with the latest versions of NextJS.
- Solid understanding of automated testing and accessibility (a11y) best practices.
- Proactive approach to ownership and cross-functional collaboration with product teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in Fintech or startup/scaleup environments.
- Knowledge of monorepos (specifically Turborepo) and React Server Components.
- Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger for API contract definition.
- Demonstrable expertise in web performance debugging.
- UI/UX design experience.
