What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain software services for the Data & Payouts domain.
• Develop systems for transactional data processing, fee calculation, and financial analytics.
• Collaborate with Product and frontend teams to implement new features and services.
• Promote a security-first mindset and a culture of comprehensive documentation.
• Lead by example in engineering practices to improve team and organizational processes.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing through webinars and internal sessions.

Requirements

• Professional experience building Java software services for the web.
• Strong commitment to engineering practices and software quality.
• Familiarity with agile and iterative design processes.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Must be located in or able to work from Belgrade, Niš, or Novi Sad in a hybrid format.

Nice to have

• Experience within the FinTech domain.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies, specifically React.
• Experience with Kafka, BigQuery, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience building and operating batch or streaming data pipelines.
• Background in integrating with analytics/BI systems and implementing DevOps practices.
