What you will do

• Shape Canva’s brand voice and linguistic quality across all product surfaces in Polish.
• Deliver ongoing LQA reviews and provide actionable feedback to localisation vendors.
• Develop and maintain the Polish style guide and glossary to ensure terminology consistency.
• Adapt and transcreate marketing and product content for Polish audiences.
• Provide cultural and linguistic guidance to product, marketing, and content teams.
• Identify and triage localisation bugs and UI issues in collaboration with engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience in localisation, internationalisation, or language management roles.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Polish with a strong understanding of cultural nuances.
• Proven experience reviewing localisation quality across various product surfaces.
• Familiarity with CAT tools and standard localisation workflows.
• Experience working in SaaS, product, or tech environments.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland

Nice to have

• Experience as a Language Lead at an LSP or software company.
• Proficiency with Smartling or similar CAT tools.
• Background in copywriting, transcreation, or SEO.
• Design experience or strong visual instincts.
• Experience with AI-assisted localisation workflows.
