What you will do

• Create and edit B2B content in English, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and LinkedIn posts.
• Interview internal experts, data scientists, and leadership to translate complex AI concepts into clear business narratives.
• Manage the full content publication cycle within the CMS, including formatting and optimization.
• Repurpose long-form content into social media snippets, carousels, and distribution assets.
• Collaborate with designers on visual concepts, UX, and content presentation.
• Support SEO/GEO basics and analyze content performance to identify growth patterns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing within tech, AI, cloud, or IT services.
• English: C1/C2 proficiency required.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical topics in a business-oriented way.
• Experience creating long-form content and managing LinkedIn communication.
• Practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) for research and editing.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharma, healthcare, or financial industry content.
• Proficiency with WordPress.
• Experience in ghostwriting for executives or working in a software development agency.
• Basic understanding of UX writing or conversion-oriented content.
