What you will do
- Identify and engage passive executive talent using advanced search strategies, market mapping, and deep networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to calibrate candidate profiles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical, high-impact leadership positions.
- Lead client update meetings and provide strategic guidance as a talent advisor to executive leadership.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to advise on talent pools and compensation trends.
Requirements
- 8+ years of corporate or search firm recruiting experience focusing on executive-level candidate generation.
- 5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership.
- Proven track record of strong stakeholder management in complex and competitive markets.
- Ability to use data and analytics to inform and advise recruitment strategies.
- Experience managing multiple high-priority executive searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in both retained executive search firms and in-house corporate recruiting teams.
- Familiarity with Breezy, Gem, and LinkedIn search.
- Industry-specific hiring experience in crypto, blockchain, and fintech.
