What you will do

• Support university outreach strategies and coordinate campus activities in collaboration with global teams.
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with students and university contacts to promote the hirify.global brand.
• Organize and coordinate activations such as workshops or hackathons with various internal departments.
• Reach out to schools, institutions, and student clubs to promote educational courses.
• Support the creation of internal and external crypto, blockchain, and web3 educational programs.
• Manage the student ambassador program within the allocated region.

Requirements

• Exceptional organization, communication, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to be self-directed and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (C1) is required for coordination with overseas partners.
• Interest in the crypto space and understanding of basic terminology and concepts.
• Experience in web3/crypto or active participation in university clubs/societies is a strong plus.
