What you will do

• Lead technical design and implementation of full-stack solutions using Python, Django, and React across platform modernization initiatives.
• Define architecture and engineering standards to improve scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Drive application upgrades across Python, Django, React, databases, and infrastructure.
• Guide engineering teams through technical design reviews, code reviews, and implementation best practices.
• Optimize cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automated testing.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence through knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Extensive experience developing enterprise-scale full-stack applications with Python, Django, and React.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
• Proven track record of leading technical modernization initiatives for complex software platforms.
• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile.
