What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to market.
• Develop and deploy ML models using Python and PySpark on AWS-based big data cloud platforms.
• Drive innovation in Generative AI and platform analytics, creating prototypes to extract insights from diverse data sources.
• Ensure all models adhere to risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Research teams to implement AI applications and dashboards.
• Gather client feedback to guide product development and feature prioritization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI, data science, or predictive modeling.
• Advanced degree in ML, Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or a quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Python and distributed computing frameworks (AWS, PySpark).
• Expertise with Hadoop and NoSQL technologies (Hive, HBase, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms such as XGBoost, GANs, and clustering.
• Experience with Generative AI tools and rapid prototyping.
• Must be based in or able to work in Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid).
