What you will do

• Define and prioritize the roadmap and backlog for integration standards and governance.
• Drive adoption of standards by improving usability, accessibility, and developer guidance for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Risk to prioritize platform capabilities.
• Establish governance guardrails that enable innovation while ensuring security and compliance.
• Align stakeholders across API Management and engineering teams to drive shared ownership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar technical product role.
• Proven experience leading organizational change and driving standards adoption in large enterprises.
• Background in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Middleware, Infrastructure, or banking.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and storytelling capabilities.
• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or working with standards and governance frameworks.
• Software engineering or technical delivery background.
• Knowledge of integration patterns such as API Management and Event Streaming.
• Experience improving developer experience (DX) for platforms or standards.
