What you will do

• Analyze project performance using metrics like Velocity and Cycle Time to ensure transparency.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of client-server architecture and APIs.
• Hands-on experience building processes from scratch and managing team efficiency.
• Advanced Jira skills, including workflow customization and automation.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities.
