What you will do

• Lead IT projects through the entire lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coordinate distributed teams of developers and QA specialists.
• Configure and manage Jira workflows, automation, and dashboards to optimize team efficiency.
• Analyze project performance using metrics like Velocity and Cycle Time to ensure transparency.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business expectations with technical capacity and timelines.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of client-server architecture and APIs.
• Hands-on experience building processes from scratch and managing team efficiency.
• Advanced Jira skills, including workflow customization and automation.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a distributed team environment.
