What you will do

• Support the Category, Franchise Retail & Marketing, and Product Development teams across Lifestyle and Hardlines categories.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to assist in brand collaborations and the acquisition of new partners.
• Prepare pitch presentation materials and monitor retail promotions through store checks.
• Execute and document operational marketing campaigns with a strong focus on social media.
• Develop product catalogues and perform review and approval processes for licensed products.
• Perform trend and market research to monitor competitors and industry innovations.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled at a university with a valid enrollment certificate.
• Background in marketing with a strong interest in product licensing.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Keynote) and Adobe Design Packages.
• Passion for creative and visual work, including graphic design and social media trends.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
