Social Media Marketing Intern (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage and grow German-language social media accounts.
• Create platform-native posts, captions, and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Analyze social media trends and competitor activity in the fintech sector.
• Support video content creation, including Instagram and TikTok formats.
• Improve engagement, audience growth, account performance, and content learnings.
• Develop ideas for organic growth campaigns and community engagement.

Requirements

• Native German speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interest in social media, content trends, creator formats, and storytelling.
• Previous experience managing corporate social media accounts.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and short-form video formats.
• Ability to write in the appropriate tone for a regulated financial brand.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines, review cycles, and multiple content pieces.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling an Instagram account.
• Experience creating or supporting talking-head content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience using social media scheduling, analytics, or project management tools.
