What you will do

• Produce engaging video content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Optimize account performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics.
• Contribute ideas for organic growth campaigns and community engagement.

Requirements

• Native German speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Practical experience managing corporate social media accounts.
• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and short-form video formats.
• Ability to maintain a professional tone suitable for a regulated financial brand.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage strict deadlines and review cycles.
• Must be based in Berlin to support the hybrid work model.
