What you will do
- Manage the creation and submission of annuity service orders and renewals for small and medium-sized customers.
- Maintain high-level relationship management for an assigned customer base to ensure all requirements are identified and met.
- Execute cross-selling and upselling activities for Software and Solution offerings to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Conduct regular customer calls to review pricing, performance, and position new solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal sales support teams to resolve concerns and implement best practices.
- Track the sales process via monthly forecast submissions to meet quarterly and annual quota objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of related experience in sales or account management.
- Fluency in Italian language is required.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., v-lookups, filtering).
- Experience with CRM maintenance and tele-sales.
