What you will do

• Design, build, and operate AWS infrastructure and platform services end-to-end.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and manage Kubernetes/Helm workloads.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and progressive delivery patterns (canary, blue-green).
• Participate in on-call rotations, lead incident response, and write blameless post-mortems.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead substantial roadmap initiatives through 6-week planning cycles.
• Drive the "platform as a product" mindset to improve internal developer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on platform, infrastructure, or SRE.
• Deep expertise in AWS core services: EKS, VPC, IAM, RDS, and S3.
• Production experience with Kubernetes and Helm, including RBAC and cluster operations.
• Practical experience writing and maintaining reusable Terraform modules.
• Knowledge of observability practices (metrics, logging, tracing) using Datadog or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal English.

Nice to have

• Experience operating platforms in a SaaS scale-up context.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures (NATS, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• FinOps awareness and experience with infrastructure cost optimization.
• Prior experience in formal or informal mentoring.
