What you will do
- Administer and configure CRM platforms including pipelines, custom objects, and user permissions.
- Design and maintain automations and integrations using Zapier and Make.com to connect CRM with internal systems.
- Translate operational APM deployment workflows into structured CRM logic and processes.
- Ensure data quality through regular audits, deduplication, and lifecycle management.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track pipeline activity and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with international teams to gather requirements and create scalable configuration.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM administration (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or MS Dynamics 365).
- 2+ years of experience building workflow automations with Zapier or Make.com.
- Strong understanding of data hygiene, APIs, and webhooks.
- Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Must be based in Kraków, Poland.
Nice to have
- SQL, Power BI, or GCP experience.
- Background in logistics/e-commerce and multi-market operations.
