What you will do

• Configure and maintain servers, systems, and network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, routers, and gateways.
• Provide Tier 1 network technical support and troubleshoot workstation issues for all company users.
• Manage and monitor cloud services (AWS, GCP, RackSpace) and multi-site firewall environments (onsite, colocation, cloud).
• Deploy new applications and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and disaster recovery protocols.
• Analyze existing data networks to recommend and implement scalable and supportable technical solutions.
• Implement and support telephone and contact center telecommunications environments.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a System/ Network Administrator.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, MAC OSX, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, Cisco, Fortinet, and Meraki.
• Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, STP, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with MDM, Endpoint Protection, NextGen Firewalls, and SIEM.
• BS in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Must be located in or able to work from Shanghai, China.

Nice to have

• CCNA and CISSP certifications.
• Experience with JIRA for change management and ticketing.
