What you will do

• Design, build, and ship cloud-native full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Champion agentic software development methodologies to accelerate coding, testing, and delivery workflows.
• Architect and implement AI agent systems using frameworks like hirify.global Bedrock and emerging protocols like MCP and A2A.
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements, modernize applications, and deliver scalable distributed systems.
• Provide technical leadership by guiding teams on software architecture, code quality, and security best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience (frontend and backend).
• 5+ years of hands-on development with modern programming languages (TypeScript, Python, Java, etc.).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (CDK, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building multi-agent systems and orchestration patterns.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and distributed systems.
• Background in API design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and identity protocols (OAuth 2.0).
• Familiarity with observability practices like OpenTelemetry and CloudWatch.
