What you will do

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Perform capacity planning and monitor material availability to identify shortages.
• Analyze production performance, on-time delivery, and schedule adherence using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Prioritize orders based on customer requirements and business needs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce lead time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 2–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations coordination.
• Must be located in or able to work in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP/MRP or production planning systems.
• Knowledge of SAP.
