What you will do
- Support the development of engagement strategies and experience recommendations for pitches and client programmes.
- Conduct research into audiences, industries, and market trends to strengthen strategic decision-making.
- Translate business objectives and audience needs into actionable planning recommendations.
- Collaborate with strategists and creatives to define objectives and strengthen creative briefs.
- Contribute to broader marketing and communications initiatives as agency capabilities evolve.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry innovations to identify new opportunities for clients.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events Management, or Psychology.
- Strong research and analytical thinking skills with the ability to connect findings to ideas.
- Good understanding of audience behaviour and strategic planning fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across MICE, B2B, and corporate project environments.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted research and productivity tools.
