Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (2 days per week in the office)

Salary: PLN 7,500 - 8,000 monthly

What you will do

• Act as the primary operational contact for clients in the DACH region, handling requirement gathering and delivery timelines.
• Translate client requirements into actionable internal work orders and monitor progress through to delivery.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure a clear exchange of information and alignment of strategies.
• Partner with internal operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
• Perform post-production and pre-delivery quality checks to guarantee high service standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client data and suggest more cost-effective database production approaches.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with corporate clients.
• German language proficiency is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland, to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Retailer landscape and market in Austria (AT).
