What you will do

• Edit long-form podcast episodes into high-quality video and audio content for digital distribution.
• Create short-form clips optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Apply sound design, motion graphics, captions, transitions, and color correction.
• Collaborate with producers and marketing teams to refine narrative structures.
• Optimize content performance using platform insights, SEO principles, and audience analytics.
• Manage multiple editing workflows and deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Proven experience in editing both long-form and short-form audio/video content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools, or Adobe Audition.
• Strong understanding of sound design, motion graphics, and social media formatting.
• Knowledge of YouTube optimization, metadata, and performance analytics.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours.
