What you will do
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Manage project files, folder structures, and version control for efficient workflows.
- Enhance videos with titles, captions, motion graphics, and visual overlays.
- Perform audio cleanup, volume leveling, and color correction to ensure professional quality.
- Optimize and export content for multiple platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to implement feedback and improve performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention techniques.
- Experience with multi-platform exports and social media content formatting.
- Must be available to work during U.S. client business hours.
Nice to have
- Motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects.
- Experience editing paid advertising creatives or UGC-style content.
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics like CTR and watch time.
- Industry experience in SaaS, E-commerce, or agency environments.
