TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Colombia, Argentina, Honduras, Brazil, or Mexico. Working hours: Must align with U.S. client business hours.

What you will do

  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage project files, folder structures, and version control for efficient workflows.
  • Enhance videos with titles, captions, motion graphics, and visual overlays.
  • Perform audio cleanup, volume leveling, and color correction to ensure professional quality.
  • Optimize and export content for multiple platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to implement feedback and improve performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention techniques.
  • Experience with multi-platform exports and social media content formatting.
  • Must be available to work during U.S. client business hours.

Nice to have

  • Motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience editing paid advertising creatives or UGC-style content.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics like CTR and watch time.
  • Industry experience in SaaS, E-commerce, or agency environments.
