What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for university partnerships to build a diverse cybersecurity talent pipeline.
• Co-design cybersecurity curricula and training pathways aligned with industry requirements and internal security competencies.
• Lead the vision for work-based learning programs including internships, co-ops, and capstone projects.
• Represent hirify.global as a senior ambassador at major security forums, conferences, and academic consortia.
• Drive portfolio-level strategy and influence senior leadership to prioritize high-impact workforce development initiatives.
• Implement scalable frameworks and best practices for program management across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive program management experience in a matrixed enterprise environment.
• Deep domain expertise in cybersecurity, security education, or related technical fields.
• Proven track record of building and scaling strategic external partnerships with measurable impact.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior executives through data-driven storytelling.
• Must be based in San Diego, California.
• Strong leadership skills in managing complex stakeholder landscapes and driving organizational transformation.
