What you will do

• Shadow and co-teach courses alongside senior instructors to develop delivery proficiency.
• Support training delivery for customers, partners, and internal employees.
• Assist in assessing individual and group training needs for assigned courses.
• Gather and consolidate post-session feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with learners and stakeholders.
• Actively acquire deep knowledge of software product lines and technical concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 0–2 years of professional experience, including internships or academic teaching roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with comfort in public speaking.
• Willingness to learn technical concepts and enablement tools at pace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
