What you will do

• Partner with Product, Growth, and Commercial teams to design scalable data science solutions that accelerate revenue.
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify revenue opportunities and operationalize insights into automated workflows.
• Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models and performance analytics as a source of truth for decision-making.
• Apply advanced causal inference techniques to estimate business impact and guide strategic choices.
• Design and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve sales effectiveness, retention, and expansion.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in a quantitative field.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Proven expertise in causal inference and revenue forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to translate commercial questions into focused analytics projects.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
• Familiarity with notebook-based analysis tools like Hex.
• Background in high-growth startups or B2B business models, including CRM and RevOps data.
