What you will do
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve SFCC (B2C) technical and functional incidents in the AMS environment to ensure site stability and availability.
- Manage requests and tickets by priority, impact, and response-time standards; review application logs and apply fixes or coordinate resolution.
- Validate end-to-end digital customer journeys and SFCC configurations, business rules, and custom components; document findings and recommendations.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Commerce Cloud using Business Manager, Script Editor, and OCAPI; develop/support SFCC front-end and back-end components.
- Implement and validate integrations with payment gateways, inventory systems, order management, and customer data platforms; ensure correct HTML/CSS/JavaScript integration.
- Support testing and releases (SIT/UAT), validate deliverables before production deployment, and perform post-release stabilization and monitoring.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C): administration, configuration, customization, and SFCC architecture/best practices.
- Hands-on knowledge of SFCC tools: Business Manager, Script Editor, and OCAPI (Open Commerce API).
- Experience with eCommerce integrations (payment gateways, inventory management, order management, and customer data systems).
- Web development skills for SFCC: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; ability to work with SFCC-related front-end and back-end components.
- Technical analysis experience: log review, error identification, and resolution.
- Experience using support/change tools such as Jira and ServiceNow (or similar).
