What you will do

• Assist with daily shipping operations, including order processing, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation.
• Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments with carriers and internal teams.
• Maintain organized inventory, supplies, and support product movement tracking in the warehouse.
• Handle event logistics including packing, loading, unloading, and onsite setup and teardown of booths and displays.
• Support transportation of event supplies and track inventory for giveaways and materials.
• Maintain accurate tracking sheets, logs, and ensure cleanliness and safety in staging areas.

Requirements

• Must be based in Novato, California (Onsite)
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
• Willingness to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Experience working in a warehouse setting.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Experience with inventory management systems such as Sortly.
