What you will do

• Develop positioning, messaging, and core narratives for feature releases and strategic product updates.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to refine product presentation across all surfaces.
• Coordinate launch deliverables including changelogs, demos, enablement materials, and email communications.
• Equip Sales and CX teams with the context and materials needed for effective communication.
• Integrate customer insights and market context into product and launch decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in North America.
• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Strong positioning and messaging skills grounded in customer problems and product truth.
• Proven project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate autonomously and build credibility across cross-functional teams.
