What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of awareness and enablement programs to drive agent success and platform adoption.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies aligned with product release schedules and regional priorities.
• Create marketing collateral, including solution overviews, playbooks, and educational content.
• Facilitate training and enablement initiatives to help internal teams and agents understand platform value and workflows.
• Manage feedback mechanisms to identify adoption challenges and advocate for product enhancements.
• Support the onboarding of technology for newly acquired brokerages during M&A integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Enablement, or GTM in B2B/B2B2C Real Estate, SaaS, or AdTech.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience using data and analytics to measure engagement and adoption.
• Proven ability to facilitate live training sessions for internal and external audiences.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting M&A initiatives or large-scale platform onboarding efforts.
• Experience with regional or national GTM activities for workflow-based products.
• Experience in multi-brand or global organizations.
