What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Controls Technicians in the maintenance and modification of BMS, EPMS, and SCADA systems.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for I&C field work, coordinating troubleshooting for critical systems like chillers and power distribution.
• Oversee the optimization of HMI graphics and interfaces for effective system monitoring.
• Maintain automated controls for fire safety and emergency shutdown procedures.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as PUE and infrastructure uptime to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to utility grid events and operational alarms.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of experience with industrial control systems, including 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong experience with Ignition SCADA and Siemens TIA Portal or equivalent PLC environments.
• Ability to work onsite in Memphis, TN or Southaven, MS.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and working in tight quarters.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency in IEC 61131-3 programming languages.
• Experience with hardware from SEL, Rockwell, or similar vendors.
• Background in data center or mission-critical facility controls.
