What you will do

• Own the analytical function end-to-end for a core business unit such as Growth, Product, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Define business problems and create clear hypotheses to inform critical decision-making.
• Define key metrics, build reports, and conduct deep-dive analyses to drive business growth.
• Design and execute experiments to optimize and move key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with leadership and counterparts in product, growth, finance, and operations to implement recommendations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible business impact.
• Ability to communicate complex findings persuasively to stakeholders at the leadership level.
• Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Clickhouse, Metabase, Jupyter Hub, or GitHub.
