Location: Hybrid, Washington, D.C. metro area preferred. Must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance.
Salary: Base $160,000 - $190,000 (OTE $192,000 - $228,000)

What you will do
- Lead pre-award capture and proposal shaping to improve PWin, authoring program stories and defining realistic delivery commitments.
- Oversee program launch and technical deployment of solutions (VELA, IDLink, etc.) within secure customer environments.
- Manage end-to-end customer success, driving adoption and identifying expansion or renewal opportunities.
- Govern analyst-credit consumption and subscription licensing, ensuring accurate billing and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with federal distributors (e.g., Carahsoft) and channel partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer, translating requirements into product roadmap feedback.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are mandatory.
- 8+ years of experience managing federal programs for DoW, Intelligence Community, or federal law enforcement.
- Deep expertise in federal contracting and acquisition, including FAR/DFARS and CLIN structures.
- Proven track record of managing the full contract lifecycle from capture to expansion.
- Experience with consumption-based or subscription licensing and billing models.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, national security, or a related field.
Nice to have
- PMP certification, Agile, or ITIL familiarity.
- Full-scope polygraph.
- Background in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or SaaS delivery.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust (NIST SP 800-207) and NIST CSF 2.0.
