What you will do

• Own the end-to-end compliance agenda, including readiness for VARA expectations and ongoing supervision.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day interface for the regulator, demonstrating credibility and sound judgment.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with VARA to de-risk the market setup.
• Act as the bridge between Dubai market requirements and global leadership to align expansion priorities.
• Implement scalable compliance controls that support growth while maintaining regulatory integrity.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE resident with 5+ years of relevant experience in regulated financial services.
• Hands-on exposure to VASP, fintech, or payment environments.
• Proven ability to operate as a primary regulator interface with high-level judgment.
• Experience in a comparable regulated environment in the UAE to qualify as a Responsible Individual.
• Builder mentality with the ability to create momentum in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
