What you will do

• Develop and provide clear production assembly and test instructions, including acceptance test procedures and engineering memos.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of equipment to meet operational production requirements.
• Maintain product integrity and track key company and department performance metrics.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve issues for assembly and test personnel.
• Support all phases of the product life cycle, including development, NPI, product transfer, and delivery.
• Coordinate with overseas Production Centers via teleconferences and occasional international travel.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Buffalo/East Aurora, NY.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering with 1+ year of relevant experience, or a Master of Science in Engineering.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering with 3+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Ability to work additional hours to support program goals and travel overseas 2-3 times per year.
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
