Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead day-to-day editorial and production operations, including workflow and assignment management.
- Drive editorial planning and programming strategy to align with show vision and growth objectives.
- Manage the editorial calendar, pitch meetings, and prep sessions for twice-weekly episodes.
- Provide editorial oversight for prep documents and final content reviews.
- Partner with the host and Executive Producer to develop special projects and brand expansions.
- Supervise and mentor the production team, fostering professional development and high performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in podcast production, audio journalism, or editorial news leadership.
- Proven track record in managing high-output, fast-paced editorial operations and teams.
- Deep familiarity with the political, tech, and culture landscapes relevant to the show.
- Experience producing long-form, interview-driven content with high-profile guests.
- Must be based in or able to work from New York or Washington, DC.
- Strong news judgment and ability to own an end-to-end editorial calendar.
