Salary: $135,000–$165,000 USD (OTE).

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics implementations including GA4, GTM, and server-side tagging.
• Design and build reporting dashboards using Looker Studio, BigQuery, and BI tools.
• Develop attribution models that tie organic, content, and PR efforts to business outcomes.
• Serve as the primary analytics authority on client calls to present insights and strategy.
• Partner with internal teams to instrument campaigns and prove impact.
• Set standards, processes, and deliverable templates for the new analytics practice.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7–10 years of experience in marketing or web analytics.
• Deep hands-on expertise in GA4, GTM, and data layer design.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and BI visualization tools.
• Proven experience using AI tools to build dashboards and scale recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical data into strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders.

• Experience measuring SEO, content, or GEO performance.
• Exposure to AI search analytics.
