TL;DR

Location: On-site in Barnes, California (5 days a week)

Salary: $142,000 - $177,000 annually

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of test and manufacturing engineers.
  • Define and execute test strategies for prototype, pilot, and production phases.
  • Design and troubleshoot automated and manual test systems for electromechanical assemblies.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Manage cross-functional partnerships with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Must be able to work on-site in Barnes, CA, five days a week.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA QSR, GMP, ISO, and IEC standards.
  • 6+ years of experience in medical device test fixture design and manufacturing support.
  • 6+ years of experience leading technical teams.
  • Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
