What you will do

• Drive platform adoption and technical health metrics for assigned enterprise accounts to ensure maximum value realization.
• Build deep technical relationships with security practitioners, architects, and technical leaders.
• Advise customers on security program improvements, detection strategies, and technology investment optimization.
• Manage technical incident response coordination and resolve troubleshooting or integration challenges.
• Partner with CSMs to provide technical depth for quarterly business reviews and strategic account growth.
• Identify technical expansion opportunities, such as new integrations or additional coverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of security industry experience, mostly in consultative customer-facing roles.
• Deep technical expertise in two or more areas: EDR, NDR, SIEM, Cloud security, or IAM.
• Experience in solutions engineering, professional services, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security operations and common security team challenges.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to audiences ranging from SOC analysts to directors.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
