What you will do

• Develop test, calibration, and optimization methods for high-speed optical interconnect products, including transceivers and co-packaging optics.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test stations and software platforms for highly efficient testing.
• Execute bring-up, debug, calibration, EVT, and DVT.
• Analyze complex test data and generate comprehensive technical reports.

Requirements

• PhD in EE/CS or Master's degree with 3-5 years experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5-10+ years in design validation for fiber-optical communication systems.
• Deep knowledge of optical components: optical DSP, coherent DSP, high-speed modulators, receivers, and RF amplifiers.
• Solid understanding of RF/microwave engineering, photonics fundamentals, and signal integrity along the data path.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with optical spectrum analyzers, digital communication analyzers, high-speed electric scopes, VNA, and TDR.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law (EAR).
