What you will do

• Coordinate project team activities and develop detailed schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Manage project scope, budget, and costs using Oracle and Servigistic tools.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate internal resources and manage relationships with all stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of safety and administer company safety programs and training.
• Analyze operational workflow and resource utilization to identify efficiency gains.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Syracuse, NY.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in the elevator industry.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in the elevator industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience with Oracle software.
