What you will do

• Maintain, repair, and upgrade wafer fabrication equipment, specifically ASML TWINSCAN, ASML 5500, TELACT8, and LITHIUS systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to ensure maximum uptime.
• Execute scheduled maintenance and perform consumable changes.
• Develop technical documentation and provide training to other technicians on equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering personnel to satisfy safety, performance, and reliability requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• At least 5 years of specific experience in the Photolithography area.
• Education: AS, AAS in electronics or industrial engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Fault Detection and Classification (FDC).
• Physical ability to stand for up to 12 hours and lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Austin, Texas.
