Senior Software Engineer (Fintech)

Salary: $105,700 - $149,275

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications and platform capabilities.
• Build high-performance web applications using React (primary) and Angular (secondary).
• Develop backend services and RESTful APIs in collaboration with architecture and product teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical leadership across initiatives.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to secure development principles and coding standards.
• Participate in an on-call production support rotation and scheduled Sunday release activities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience with a strong full-stack background.
• Hands-on expertise in developing frontend applications with React and Angular.
• Proficiency in SQL for writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native development.
• Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech (BFS) domain.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Backend experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience supporting mission-critical applications in regulated environments.
