What you will do

• Wear sensor suits to perform precise physical movements (walking, lifting, reaching) to generate training data for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Follow detailed "Ground Truth" movement protocols with zero deviation to ensure data consistency.
• Manage donning, doffing, and proper setup/shutdown procedures for sensor equipment.
• Identify and report bugs or hardware issues to the Inventory Team Lead.
• Work toward daily data-collection targets and provide feedback to improve the collection process.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Able to perform repetitive standing, walking, lifting, and full-range limb motions across 8+ hour shifts.
• Excellent physical coordination, spatial awareness, and sustained focus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various work sites around the Bay Area.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Technical or hands-on background in electronics, mechanical, IT, or fabrication.
• Hardware/software troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with VR headsets or extensive video-game experience.
• Prior robotics or motion-capture exposure.
• Military background.
